Privacy Policy

Who we are

This site is operated by FACTUM. Contact: factumwear@gmail.com.

Privacy requests: factumwear@gmail.com. Version of this policy: 2026-08-31.

What we collect and why

Order data is collected by the marketplace, not by this site. An order is placed on Etsy or TikTok Shop, and that marketplace takes what an order needs — name, shipping address, email, payment — under its own privacy policy, as the party you are buying from.

What reaches us is what the item cannot be made and posted without: the recipient's name and shipping address, and what was ordered, together with whatever the marketplace shows a seller about their own orders. Payment details never reach us at all.

Email address, when you ask to be notified about an entry or subscribe to the newsletter.

Aggregate, cookieless traffic measurement. No advertising pixel runs on this site today, and none would run without consent.

Processors

Vercel (hosting and delivery of this site), Etsy and TikTok Shop (the marketplaces that take orders), Printful (production and shipping), Cloudflare (DNS and cookieless traffic measurement), Resend (platform email — the notify list and support).

Payment details are handled by the marketplace that takes the order and never reach FACTUM's own systems or logs.

Retention

Order records are kept for as long as the sale has to be documented for tax and accounting purposes, and are held by the marketplace that took the order.

An email address given for updates is kept until you unsubscribe, and is removed from the list when you do.

Traffic measurement is cookieless and aggregate: there is no per-visitor record to keep or to delete.

Your rights

US state privacy rights, including California (CPRA): notice at collection, the right to know, delete and correct, the right to opt out of sale or sharing, and no discrimination for exercising them.

Global Privacy Control (GPC) is recognized automatically and treated as an opt-out signal.

Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information: use the control of that name in the footer of any page — it records the refusal — or write to factumwear@gmail.com.

Do Not Track

This site does not track visitors across other websites, so a Do Not Track signal has nothing here to switch off, and it changes nothing about what is collected. Global Privacy Control is a different signal and is honored as an opt-out.

Changes to this policy

When this policy changes materially, the new text is posted on this page with a new effective date, which is the date shown at the top.

Children

This site is not directed to children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect their personal information (COPPA).
