Refund & Return Policy

Defects, print errors and damage in transit

If an item arrives with a print defect, carrying the wrong print, or damaged on the way to you, write to factumwear@gmail.com within 30 days of delivery and attach a photograph of the item. If you still have the packaging it came in, photograph that too.

You choose: we have the item made again and sent to you, or we refund what you paid for it.

Size, fit and change of mind

Every item is printed for your order alone, so a return is not accepted because a size does not fit or because you changed your mind. Check the size chart on the listing before ordering.

Nothing is held in stock and nothing is restocked. The chart gives the measurements of the garment itself.

If you are between sizes, write to factumwear@gmail.com before ordering.

Orders placed on a marketplace

Orders placed on Etsy or TikTok Shop are governed by the return policy of that marketplace, not by this page, and by whatever buyer protection the marketplace provides. Open the case there — that is where the order, the payment and the timers live.

If the case is not resolved there, write to factumwear@gmail.com with the same photograph.

Returns address

Items are produced on demand by our print partner, and returns — where a return happens at all — are received at that partner's facility. Do not send anything back before writing to factumwear@gmail.com: an item posted to an address we did not give you cannot be traced or refunded.

This policy
