The service
This site publishes an archive of ideas. Where an item exists that carries one of them, the entry links out to the listing that sells it — on Etsy or TikTok Shop.
The sale itself is not made here. Buying an item is a contract between you and the marketplace that takes the order and the payment, on that marketplace's terms; these terms cover the site, its content and your use of them.
These terms take effect on 2026-08-31 and apply to everyone who uses the site.
Intellectual property
The texts, the numbering, the designs and the marks on this site are the property of FACTUM™. The underlying facts and ideas are not owned by anyone; the writing and the artwork are.
Acceptable use
You may read the archive, quote short extracts from it with attribution and a link back to the entry, and share the pages themselves.
You may not copy or reproduce the designs, resell the texts or the artwork, present them as your own, scrape the site in bulk or in a way that degrades it for other readers, or use the FACTUM name or marks in a way that suggests we published or endorsed something we did not.

Entries are educational explanations. They are not professional, medical, legal or financial advice, and nothing in the archive should be relied on as such.
Limitation of liability and governing law
The site and its content are provided as they are. To the extent the law allows, FACTUM is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from the use of this site or from reliance on anything published on it. Nothing here limits what a marketplace owes you for a purchase made there — that is settled by its terms, not by these.
Some states do not allow such limits, and where that is so, this clause applies only as far as it is permitted.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California.

These terms may be updated. The version in force is the one published on this page, and the date it takes effect is stated at the top.
